What MailTwin changes
MailTwin does not delete your email or answer it for you unattended. You select a message in Apple Mail, type the few points the answer should cover, and it writes the full reply in your own voice — learned locally from your sent mail, kept separate per account, so your work voice never sounds like your personal one. You read it, edit if you want, and send.
The honest claim is narrow: it removes the composing, not the deciding. How this is calculated
Replies per day × minutes per reply × 5 days = the weekly figure. The year uses 46 working weeks, allowing for holiday. The saved estimate assumes MailTwin removes the composing portion of a reply and leaves the thinking: it credits at most 75% of the time per reply, never the whole thing, and only for replies you would have written anyway. McKinsey's often-cited finding that professionals spend about 28% of the workweek on email — roughly 2.6 hours a day — dates from 2012 and is offered as context, not as your number. Yours is the one you just entered.
