Refund policy

30-day money back, no questions asked

If MailTwin doesn't work out for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No reason required.

How to request a refund

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund request" and the email address you used to purchase.
  2. We will forward the request to LemonSqueezy (our merchant of record), who processes the refund to your original payment method.
  3. Refunds typically appear in 3–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

What happens to your license

Your license activation is deactivated. MailTwin continues to launch on your Mac but reverts to the trial / post-trial state. Local data — indexed style profiles, request log, settings — stays on your Mac unless you also wipe it via Settings → Privacy → Wipe everything.

Outside the 30-day window

Refunds outside the 30-day window are at our discretion. If MailTwin stops working because of a change beyond our control (an AI provider deprecates an API, a macOS update breaks AppleScript) and we cannot ship a fix within 30 days, contact us — we will consider a pro-rated refund against the unused portion of your update window.

EU consumers — statutory withdrawal right

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the Consumer Rights Directive, independent of and in addition to this 30-day policy.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback through your card issuer instead of contacting us first, your license will be deactivated immediately on receipt of the chargeback notification, and reactivation will require resolving the dispute with us before any further purchase. We strongly prefer you email us first — refunds are faster and cleaner than chargebacks.
